Our Programs
Our programs are determined by regular community assessments and conversations. Through research, planning and coordination, we create connections between government, non-profit, education, faith and business sectors and residents, as well as across systems and cultures to: connect people to resources that focus on prevention and early intervention; improve delivery of and access to services regionally, build community and organizational capacity to maximize resources; help develop cost-effective solutions to avoid duplication of services; and pilot new ways to deliver culturally affirming community-based services.
